Commercial Project Procurement

From time to time, our Agency functions as the procurement agent on behalf of another ministry, agency or public body on a variety of commercial matters. Procurements for Commercial Projects typically proceed by way of a two-stage public open qualification process followed by an invitational request for proposals issued to prequalified parties. Depending on the complexity and risk associated with the project, market sounding and requests for expressions of interest may precede the qualifications or proposals process.
