About the Project
On behalf of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF), Infrastructure Ontario undertook the redevelopment of the Fire Management Headquarters/Provincial Logistics Centre (FMC/PLC) on the existing 20 acre MNRF site located at 1580 Arthur Street West, Thunder Bay.
The project involved renovations and additions to the main FMH/PLC building, a new aviation building, various new storage buildings and significant site development on the existing government owned land. The project was staged in order to meet the operational requirements of the FMH/PLC and required significant coordination and communication on site.
