TORONTO-Infrastructure Ontario and Hôpital Montfort have announced the five companies that have been prequalified to build and finance the Orléans Health Hub project.

Companies were prequalified through a request for qualifications (RFQ) process based on their construction capability, experience, qualified personnel and financial capacity to deliver a project of this size and scope. They are:

  • Amico Affiliates
  • Buttcon Limited
  • EllisDon Corporation Inc.
  • PCL Constructors Canada Inc.
  • Pomerleau Inc.

A request for proposals (RFP) is expected to be issued to these prequalified companies in summer 2018.

The Orléans Health Hub project involves the construction of a new facility at the corner of Mer-Bleue Road and Brian Coburn Boulevard. The hub will bring together several health and community service partner organizations to respond to client needs within a comprehensive service delivery model of care. Services provided will include:

  • A needs-based ambulatory program
  • Diagnostic imaging
  • Geriatric support and wellness
  • Mental health and wellness
  • Active rehabilitation.

Once complete, residents of the greater Orléans area, from newborns to seniors, will have access to integrated programs close to home, focused on their needs and offered in both official languages.
